Teams still MUST drop off their sheets to the scoreboard at Townsend after their game(s)

Scoresheets

Clearly identify the final score and which team was which on the scoresheet. Also be sure to double check your tallying. We still saw incorrect/incomplete scoresheets at the mid-season tournament

Round Robin Games

No New Inning after 1 hour (time starts as soon as coin flip is complete).

Home/Away determined by coin toss at plate.

Mercy Rule in effect

+12 runs after 5 complete innings (4-1/2 if home team is ahead).

Playoff Sunday Games

No time limit (Hustle in and out). 

Higher seeded team will have choice of Home/Away

Field Setup

as there is no home/away team; we ask that all first game of the day teams setup the bases together and last game of the day teams take down the bases. 

Keep in mind that FG Leary and Townsend 1/2 end times are earlier than the main quadrant of fields on Saturday/Sunday.

Alcohol Consumption

Saturday and Sunday there is a licensed beer garden and there is ZERO tolerance for alcohol on the grounds and outside of the beer gardens. Teams found to be in violation of this will be disqualified from the tournament and their spot in the league will be in jeopardy for future seasons. There will be no warnings; this is your warning.
